I don’t like Australia very much. It is avery strange country. They have very strange customs. One of them is bag checks in supoermakrets and other retail stores. In a checkout they may take htake your money as a hostage> hold it until you open your bag. In SuperCheap they once locked the doors and gave a security alrert via looudspeaker after I had stepped in. There was no reason to do that. I was in the shop for the first time. it took me along time to learn to resist this humiliating practise and say no at the countrer. They do not have any legal right to ask people to open their bags. if they suspects a crime, they should call the police but they need to provide any evidence for that.
In Vietnam, a visotr from a Western country very often can meet a group of students schoolchildren who want to take a group photo, talk to foreigners, practise their English, sing a song.
